There are many weight loss programs on the market today, but when it comes to sustainable healthy weight loss, you will be hard pressed to find a system that is more effective.
It varies from person to person, depending on their motivational level and their lifestyle. Most people get through all the Steps within 6 months or less but we recommend staying with the program for at least 6 months to insure that the new healthy behaviors they developed, have become completely habitual and totally integrated into your life. Keep in mind, this is only our recommendation, you can cancel at any time. After 6 months on our program, you have the option of switching to our maintenance program.
They are many factors that effect how soon and how fast you will lose weight. Some people start to lose weight after we help them change one eating habit and others need to change 3 or 4 habits before they start to lose weight. However, everyone loses weight, the only question is how many habits they need to change before they start losing weight.
Once you start losing weight you can expect to be losing between half a pound per week to 2 pounds per week. I have clients that have lost weight faster and I have clients who have lost weight slower but that is the average.
My program is perfect for busy people because it requires very little time. Our approach to sustainable weight loss and vibrant health does not involve counting calories, points of measuring your food. We have a much better way to get you to eat the right amount of food without any counting or measuring. Our exercise routine, which we recommend takes around 10 minute from start to finish and we recommend that you do this routine 2 to 3 times per week. So a total of 20 to 30 minute per week is required.
Actually our coaching system will add time to your day because it eliminated unnecessary eating and meal planing.
